Implantable antibiotics and regeneration of gum and bone tissue are just two of the ways that modern technology is used to treat this insidious health problem.

Sedation and Anesthesia

At The Center For Advanced Dentistry our central concern is to keep our clients safe and pain-free. To this end we have developed the expertise in anesthesia that makes keeping you comfortable one of the easiest and most predictable things we do. We offer a variety of modalities and we have never had a client we could not help. Fear is the number one reason people avoid going to the dentist, our gentle touch, combined with state of the art technology, is the reason they keep coming back.

Oral Conscious Sedation

Oral conscious sedation offers a mild to moderate level of sedation that is between nitrous oxide inhalation and deeper IV sedation. This type of sedation method involves taking a prescribed pill before you come to the dental office. Dr. Evangelista can prescribe a low dosage oral sedative that allows you to remain awake and able to communicate with us, yet also very relaxed and worry-free. You must bring a friend or family member with you to your appointment when participating in oral conscious sedation so that they can drive you home after your procedure.

Inhalation Sedation Nitrous Oxide Laughing Gas

Nitrous Oxide is simply a gas that you can breathe in. It has no color, smell, and does not irritate. Using nitrous oxide allows you to alleviate any fears or discomfort you may have while at our office. Nitrous oxide will simply alleviate your anxiety by placing you in a sleep-like state, so that little is felt or remembered from the dentistry procedure. It is safe, easy and effective, and best of all, no needles are involved!
